The rise of kitty pidgin has been speedy and loltastic, with my favourite examples nestling online at I Can Has Cheezburger? Better known as lolcats or cat macros, they’re basically pictures of cats with witty captions often written in garbled English or txt spk. Here are a couple of examples, as found on ICHC:

But pets aren’t the only ones who get the macro treatment — and here you’ll find that some magnificent (or should that be misplaced?) genius has redone the classic Star Trek episode The Trouble With Tribbles as a series of stills with pidgin captions. And there you have it folks… loltrek.
